Another option would be flying on United Airlines to connect in Narita, Japan then Guam to Palau.

It's worth noting that Air Niugini now offers a flight service from Brisbane (BNE), Australia to Palau (ROR) with a layover at Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This service operates once a week, every Tuesday, making it a convenient option for travelers coming from Australia. The total flight time from Australia, Papua New Guinea then to Palau takes approximately 8.5 hours and offers both economy and business class seating options, including a layover of 2 hours. With this new route, travelers can easily connect from other parts of Australia to Brisbane and then fly directly to Palau, saving time and hassle.

When booking your flight, it is important to check visa requirements. Many nationalities can enter Palau visa-free for up to 90 days, but some countries may require a visa in advance. Make sure to check the visa requirements for your specific nationality before booking your flight.

By Sea

Another way to get to Palau is by sea. Palau has a small port in Koror that is used by cruise ships and cargo vessels. If you're interested in taking a cruise to Palau, there are several options available.
