With the Food Processing Center team implemented by the Palau Visitors Authority, we’re not only promoting support local initiatives but also enhancing food security for Palau’s future.
Together, we’re introducing healthier alternatives for our students, and what better way to start the day than with delicious, nutritious Taro Flour Pancakes? Made from locally-sourced Ngesuas taro, these pancakes will give our kids the energy they need to succeed, while supporting our local farmers and producers.
