Fifteen Days Public Notice and Request for Qualifications/Proposals

Notice is hereby given that the Director of the Bureau of Public Works will be soliciting sealed proposals from interested Contractors, through the Capital Improvement Program Division (CIP) in Koror for the "Design/Build of the Civic Center Break Room Renovation Project". Statements of Qualifications and Project Cost Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. on August 19, 2024, at the CIP Office, BW Building, Medalaii, Koror State. All proposals received will be reviewed and evaluated by authorized government personnel. Project Proposals shall be opened and used only by government personnel authorized to participate in the evaluation process until after the conclusion of negotiations and contract award to a contractor. A Project Information Conference will be held at the BPW Conference Room at 8:30 A.M. on July 19, 2024. The detailed scope of the project will be handed over to prospective Offerors/Bidders at the start of the Project Information Conference. This project is funded by the ROP Local Fund and is procured through a "Competitively Negotiated Contract" scheme as allowed under the Procurement Law.
