The Palau Beach Bungalows is a small, family-run resort of four private, affordable bungalows next to one of the nicest beaches on Babeldaob, Palau's biggest island. Daily rate of only $50 + $14 tax per bungalow.
The Palau Beach Bungalows are located at the opening of a green jungle valley, where a freshwater mountain stream flows into the ocean.
The beach in front of the bungalows has a covered pavilion (we call this kind of open shelter a "summer house" to protect you from our tropical sun. An ancient stone pier extends about 1/2 mile into the reef.
At the southern end of our valley rests the small, picturesque Catholic church of Melekeok, and at the northern end stands the new State capitol building, decorated with Palauan motifs.
