July 15, 2024 – The Tiul a Irrai dancers were honored to perform at the prestigious Pacific Island Week from July 8th to the 13th, an event hosted by the
Sasakawa Peace Foundation. This invitation highlights the group's dedication to preserving and sharing Palauan culture on an international platform.

Tiul a Irrai provides a unique opportunity for visitors to connect deeply with Palauan traditions, fostering cultural understanding and appreciation. The group's performances during Pacific Island Week captivated audiences and showcased the rich heritage and vibrant spirit of Palau.
"We are incredibly grateful to the Sasakawa Peace Foundation for inviting us to perform at Pacific Island Week," said a representative of Tiul a Irrai, Ms. Velma Obak.
