MHRCTD Recognizes PRI KSU Students Following Their Internship

The Ministry of Human Resources, Culture, Tourism & Development (MHRCTD), through the Bureau of Tourism, extends its sincere appreciation to our interns who recently presented on their internship experiences during the office’s farewell luncheon and the PRI-KSU Interns Forum on September 9, 2026.
Representing Kyoto Sangyo University, Ms. Kotone Matoba and Ms. Minori Tanimura shared insights on their experience in the ministry and their contributions through research, stakeholder meetings, field visits, and comprehensive reporting. Their research focus is how tourism regulations can be more easily understood and effectively implemented, thus making their research an integral foundation of n Palau’s tourism sector. The Ministry recognizes the dedication of these two students and commends them on their contributions and hard work.
We thank PRI-KSU for the opportunity to host once again this year. The guidance and commitment of the organizers and mentors played an important role in supporting the interns' professional growth and development.
As our interns continue their academic pursuits and begin the next chapter of their professional careers, the Ministry extends its best wishes for continued success in their studies and future employment. We thank each of them for their contributions to MHRCTD and look forward to their continued achievements.
