Over the Wall will paint a mural at the arrival gate of Palau International Airport this year to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Japan-Palau diplomatic relations. Would you like to join us in starting the mural? Everyone is welcome to participate.

● Activities on the Day
On the day, we will prepare the base for the mural that will be created with elementary school students from Palau starting the next day. We will paint a 15-meter wall with sea colors using paint. Additionally, each participant will draw a sea creature of Palau on paper, which the Over the Wall team will later incorporate into the mural along with their names.
●About Over the Wall
Artist Kensuke Miyazaki has painted murals all over the world. In the process of creating these murals, he strongly felt the potential of painting murals with local people and this desire led to the establishment of the “Over the Wall World Mural Project” (hereinafter referred to as “Over the Wall”), a project that uses painting to support children and communities in need around the world. Over the Wall" creates murals in countries and regions around the world every year, and also conducts activities to connect the world through painting, such as workshops and exchanges between Japanese children and local children. So far, we have collaborated with local people in Kenya, East Timor, Ukraine, Ecuador, Haiti, Pakistan, and Benin to create murals.
