We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting an art exhibition as a complementary event to our Independence Day and Olechotel Belau Fair celebrations this year!
Create Belau was founded in 2019 by a group of artists and art enthusiasts to empower local artists and enrich Palau’s cultural heritage. Inspired by the late artist Dave Ngirailemesang, the organization launched the Display of Art and Visual Expression (D.A.V.E.) in 2020.
The 1st D.A.V.E. was a successful exhibition showcasing 64 works by 16 Palauan artists, generating direct income to local artists. We are so excited to introduce more Palauan creatives this year!
